Redeye Flight the peasant will soon find himself at home hauling.
Kaboom Dragoon, an expert doctor, will find his talents in high demand. He is a high master wound dresser and an accomplished bone doctor.
Daisyvondoom is an accomplished gem cutter. I tell Bad Munki that his services in that field will no longer be required.
Obmeiste, a novice diagnostician, will handle additional gruntwork.
John Charity Spring, a bowyer/miner, will focus on mining.
Snollygoster is yet another extremely talented doctor, specializing in surgery. Apparently word of the many dwarves with injured fingers got out.
Repelex is a pump operator. He may someday be of use.
Banemaster is a hunter, talented with the crossbow.
Sejs Cube is a mason. His skill is fledgling, but will improve.
TehKeen is a novice fisherdwarf. He will probably be drafted into the militia once gear is available.
Shark Mafia is a glassmaker skill in a variety of military disciplines. He will certainly be drafted sooner or later, but is a noted Mondulite.
Esme is a hunter, but I have stripped her of that duty for now. She will do masonry and hauling work.
Clanrat is a high master herbalist with some fighting skills.
John Dough has a variety of skills, the highest of which is Diagnostician.

nimby is a competent stoneworker with skill in both engraving and masonry.
Cholfo is a novice diagnostician- essentially a peasant.
20 stout dwarves! That brings our number to 56. John Dough, now the most talented diagnostician in the fortress, is made chief medical dwarf. K0npeito is relieved from most medical duties, and may focus entirely on mining.

I left most of their labors off, but I think even the laziest dwarf can be forced into doing a meager bit of work by an angry overseer backed by the militia.
